The Benefits of Working With a Dietitian & How to Book a Consult

Dietitians are:

Regulated Health Professionals

Dietitians complete a Science Degree in Human Nutrition, followed by a year of hands-on dietetic internships. We have studied the art and the science of nutrition and health.

Evidence-Based Practitioners

Dietitians stay up-to-date with current research and adhere to yearly education. This ensures you receive reliable, high-quality,  efficacious care.

Dietitians work WITH you, we don't just tell you what to do. We listen and together, we create a plan, monitor progress, and overcome barriers.

Dietitians Can Help With:

Disease Prevention

Dietitians assess and recommend nutrition changes to lower risks for chronic diseases like prediabetes diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity.

Disease Management

Chronic diseases are influenced by lifestyle. Dietitians are trained in Medical Nutrition Therapy to help manage symptoms and potential disease outcomes.

Obesity and Weight Management

A dietitian helps you understand what influences weight, including genetics, biology, and lifestyle. It's also about health gains, not just weight loss.

Bloodwork Review

Forward a copy to us and we can help you understand and interpret cholesterol, blood sugars, iron, and more. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
